Behind SimiusLife Academy are two passionate coaches — Nelson and Esther León — whose shared mission is to help people transform their bodies and minds through movement, nutrition, and conscious living. Together, they’ve created a unique wellness experience that goes far beyond a regular fitness class.
Their approach integrates physical strength, mobility, mindfulness, and nourishment, creating a complete balance between training the body and feeding the soul.

Founder of SimiusLife, Nelson blends over 15 years of experience in movement, calisthenics, and yoga with the Budokon philosophy. His sessions are challenging yet grounding — guiding you to find power through presence and flow through intention.
Esther León
Nutrition Coach & Private Chef

Certified nutritionist and the creative mind behind SimiusKitchen, Esther helps people reconnect with food and develop healthy habits without losing flavor. Her nourishing post-class meals — especially her famous arepas — have become a signature ritual that brings warmth and connection to every SimiusLife experience.

Our Mobility & Strength classes take place every two weeks, open to all levels and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body and mind. Each session blends movement, strength, and breathwork — and you can elevate the experience by adding Esther León’s signature breakfast, freshly prepared after class.
