SimiusLife is led by two passionate coaches, Nelson and Esther Leon, whose shared mission is to help people move better, eat with intention, and live with more strength and clarity. What we teach is not a quick fix or a trend. It is a complete lifestyle system built on the balance between training the body and nourishing the soul.
Our method was born organically in our Miami backyard sanctuary, the SimiusYard. What started as a small gathering to train and connect quickly became a community experience, where movement, mindfulness, and nourishment live in the same space. That origin still shapes everything we do today: every class and every service is designed with purpose, presence, and real care.
Whether you join a group class, work with us privately, or bring the experience into your home through nutrition mentorship and chef support, the goal is the same: help you build a practice that lasts, feel better in your body, and connect more deeply with yourself and your community.

Founder of SimiusLife, Nelson blends over 15 years of experience in movement, calisthenics, and yoga with the Budokon philosophy. His sessions are challenging yet grounding, guiding you to find power through presence and flow through intention.
Esther León
Nutrition Coach & Private Chef

Certified nutritionist and the creative mind behind SimiusKitchen, Esther helps people reconnect with food and develop healthy habits without losing flavor. Her nourishing post-class meals, especially her famous arepas, have become a signature ritual that brings warmth and connection to every SimiusLife experience.


Born organically in our Miami home backyard, SimiusYard began as a small Thursday morning gathering to train and connect. What started with a few people quickly blossomed into a vibrant 10-15 person class, where my wonderful Esther crafts unforgettable breakfasts that nourish both body and soul.
Each session begins with a calming meditation, helping you set an intention for your practice – an anchor you’ll revisit throughout the experience. From there, the class flows gently into Budokon Yoga or Mobility exercises, warming up the body and centering the mind. Once fully immersed, we shift to strength training, and finally, close with breathwork and a grounding meditation.
SimiusYard is more than just a movement class; it’s a unique journey that connects mind, body, and community. The natural, open-air setting of our backyard brings an added sense of tranquility, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice. Here, you’ll not only strengthen your body but also recharge your spirit in an environment that feels like a retreat from the everyday hustle.
After the class, the experience continues around the table. Together, we set up and share a well-deserved, wholesome meal that celebrates the beauty of good food and great company. Each dish prepared by Esther is a testament to her care and creativity, crafted to fuel your body and awaken your senses. This shared moment of connection is the perfect way to end a transformative morning and take a piece of the SimiusYard magic with you.

The World-Famous SimiusYard Experience
Welcome to the birthplace of our movement – the iconic SimiusYard. This semi-private, 90-minute mixed movement class takes place in the heart of our backyard sanctuary and is followed by a delightful, organic handmade breakfast prepared by Food for Your Soul. Due to its intimate nature, spaces are limited, and access requires prior approval.
